    Yuji...watching Zexal is absolutely PAINFUL. I'm only on episode 3, and I have no idea how you survived 50+ episodes of this.

    I appreciate the fact that the producers are trying a new approach with a protagonist that isn't the best in their series...but really...? ...I visibly twitch watching Yuma play.

    LOL, I don't watch it episode after episode unless it's the Dub, I only watch certain episodes in Japanese that I am curious about, or wanna see.

    If I would though, I'd watch it and pretend ASTRAL is the Main Character, and not sucky Yuma, at least Astral somehow knows how to Duel properly......Plus, Dat Utopia.....XDDDD.

    Is this me or was Zexal made for kids, and not for actual players?

    Welp, I thought I've seen everything that could possibly happen in the Yu-Gi-Oh anime but I was wrong. If you haven't watched Zexal, read at your own risk because spoilers ahead:

    Spoiler:
    In episode 138 (episode 65 if you're going by Zexal II), the end game antagonist, Don Thousand, can "rewrite" cards played during the duel (due to the plot convenience that is the Numeron Code). For example, Mizael played a Spell Card called "Passing of the Dragon Emperor" and Don Thousand "rewrote" it so it would become a different Spell Card named "Card of the Dragon Emperor", which makes it have a different effect.

    And I thought Yuma changing his last possible card after he drew it in ZeXal form was bad. *facepalm*

    ===

    I couldn't have been more wrong. (More spoilers ahead.)

    Spoiler:
    In episode 140 (episode 67), Don Thousand summons a:
    [Try to follow me as I explain the ridiculousness of this.]

    Numerronius Numerronia the Brilliant Hollow Titan of Fantasy (Unless the subtitles are lying to me, this is the name of the monster.)
    Rank 13 CHAOS Xyz Monster. (Yeah, you heard me. THIRTEEN.)
    ATK: 100,000 (Nope, I swear to you all that I did not exaggerate the number of 0s in this.)
    Effect: It cannot attack the opponent. While this card is on the field, your opponent MUST attack it. If the opponent ends a turn without attacking this monster, you win the duel. By detaching one Overlay Unit from this monster, it can negate the attack of an opposing monster and the ATK of the attacking monster is added to your Life Points.

    ALL THE BOTTOMLESS TRAP HOLES. PLEASE.

    ...That is just... ridiculous... ._.;;;;

    I mean... how the hell are you supposed to overlay for a Rank 13 monster anyway?!

    Wait, Unless I remember wrong, don't the Barian's spam a card that turns a normal Xyz into a Chaos Xyz, which is usually 1 level higher...?, Like, he starts with a Rank 12 monster, uses Barian Force, or whatever it's called, and Chaos Xyz Summons a Rank 13 Xyz....?.

    He Special Summoned it without any sort of Rank-Up Spell Card.

    This will clarify if you're confused:

    It's a rank up from a normal Xyz monster. They're usually summoned through a Rank-Up (or Rank-Down) Spell Card.

    Wait, I may have found a way to beat it.

    1) Summon a Number or get your opponent's LP lower than the ATK of one of your Monsters
    2) Survive a few turns and get your opponent to detach both Xyz materials from Numerronius (Is there a card who can do that?)
    3) Use Enemy Controller and put Numerronius in Defense position
    4) Use Micro Ray on Numerronius, so its DEF becomes 0
    5) Attack with your Number, destroying Numerrionius, or, if you don't have a Number on the field, hope you've got enough firepower to deplete all of your opponent's LP before the Battle Phase ends.

    Got any other plans against that guy?
    Raw power isn't going to cut it, so effects are the only thing that can help in defeating it.

    I mean, with the current way of Yu-Gi-Oh, there are a LOT of ways to get around this monster. I just wanted to point out the ridiculousness of it in general. XD
